Pick-up time is anytime before 3:30 pm. July 13th to 17th - Position
Specific Camp (Forward and Defense) Our position-specific camp will
focus on technical and tactical concepts for defensemen and Forwards.
The first ice session of the day will focus on split-group training,
leading to full integration, working on the daily concepts learned.
Forwards: Defensive Zone Skills • Shot Blocking: Learn safe and
effective techniques to protect the net. • Breakout Strategies:
Master puck control and quick transitions out of the defensive zone.
• Puck Protection and Face–Off Strategies Neutral Zone Skills •

Agility & Lateral Movement: Drills to improve mobility and
