We are happy to have Noah Bernett as a the guest speaker for the
evening!
Noah Bernett, 22, has created several businesses as well as consults
on a regular basis. From a young age he began working at his
father’s ice cream store washing buckets and serving customers. He
enjoyed helping out in the shop, but always saw the bigger picture.
After having attended Concordia’s Startup Weekend he helped put
together market research for an online service that enables club-goers
to preorder their bottles of alcohol in order to receive tables
without waiting in long lines. It was during this time that he
realized he possessed a sixth sense for business. This self
recognition was the catalyst to his entry into the world of
entrepreneurship.
Hence, At 19, Noah co-founded CoolWay, Canada's Lower Calorie, High
Protein Ice Cream. Today, CoolWay sells 7 flavours in over 1500 stores
across Canada, employs 8 individuals, has a 5000 sqft. office in the
heart of Montreal and is trailblazing an entirely new category of ice
cream into the Canadian market place. You may recognize him from the
10th & 11th season of Dragon's Den, where he pitched CoolWay a
protein ice cream.
Additionally, once you confirm your attendance, share a short (3
sentences) about yourself so that we can share with the attendees in
advance.
Looking forward!
