PURCHASE POLICY Oceanic Entertainment Inc. will notify ticket holders of any event changes via email. If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances we may reschedule or offer credit for future events at our discretion. In the event of unexpected mechanical issues with the boat at the time of boarding the event may be held dockside for safety reasons and refunds will not be provided.
