cancelation/transfer policy states we must get notifications at least
one week before a program begins. The transfer fee is $5 and the
cancelation fee is $10. We do not process refunds/transfers for one
day activities. Please register only for days that you will be able to
attend; attend only the days & times for which you are registered. Due
to limited pool capacity, make-ups and substitutions are not available
