Welcome to an evening of guided mushroom meditation—a gentle,
grounded space to slow down, connect inward, and explore your
intuition. This is a guided journey to connect with the Earth, your
own inner guidance, the mushroom collective and Shiitake (our
medicinal mushroom muse of the evening). These journeys can help
you connect to your imagination and intuition and receive answers,
gain clarity or new perspectives, and reconnect with a quieter inner
voice. Mushrooms are the masters of connection and transformation, and
feeling into their energies can help us understand next steps for
ourselves and the collective. Experiencing these types of journeys
in a group container can help strengthen our receptivity to new
insight, as well as bring up collective themes that we share in
common. About Shiitake: An amazing source of nutritional umami
nourishment and a classic in Traditional Chinese Medicine and other
East Asian cultures. The mushroom helps with strengthening immunity,
vitality and longevity. (This is a sober, guided meditation
experience—no psychedelics are used. The focus is on accessing these
states naturally, through presence, imagination, and the support of
the group field. No prior experience with meditation or mushrooms is
needed.) How the evening will go: we begin by arriving slowly,
settling into the space, and gently preparing body and attention for
the journey through tea or tincture we connect to the mushroom of
the evening on a sensorial level guided journey pauses to write
down insights, stretch, or simply notice what’s moving within you
