We are pleased to announce that this year we have the local organization "Friends Cup e.V." on board as a charity partner, who support projects in need - for example by collecting donations at their monthly sports events.
Time Table:
Friday, 11th of November:
5 - 7 PM: Registration, Meet & Greet
Saturday, 12th of November:
10 AM: Registration
11 AM - 1 PM: Short Welcome, Pin Lottery & free trading time
1 PM - 1.15 PM: Welcome Speech, appetizers, Pin Winner Announcement
1.15 PM: Group photo in front of the cafe
1.30 - 3 PM: Sale of raffle tickets
2 PM - 2.45 PM: Silent action
3 - 4.30 PM: Pin Release
4.50 PM: Introduction of Charity Partner Friends Cup e.V. & Main Auction
6 PM: End of the event
