Tim is a practicing lawyer and partner of Sheng Heng Law Firm, a
Chinese-German business law firm. He advises companies in the fields
of corporate & commercial law, M&A, capital markets, and dispute
resolution – with a special focus on China-Germany business. Before
joining Sheng Heng, Tim cut his teeth in large international as well
as recognized medium-sized business law firms in Frankfurt and
Singapore. He studied law in Mainz, Speyer, and London.
