Talent Acquisition & Management: Culture of change in a growing environment

Growth is the result of the strength and effort you put in your company from the very beginning. But what if it gets out of hand? Keeping everyone motivated and happy is a big challenge when teams grow from 5 members to 50(0). In this month's Wantedly meetup we focus on company culture and problems that occur when you hire many people in a short time span.

Let's hear from people who have some experience in this field and discuss our issues and solutions on February 19th, 18:30 at WeWork Potsdamer Platz:

Matthias Pianezzer, Talent Specialist at the successful startup Shyftplan, and Karen Cordle, Head of People at foodspring, will share their experiences and offer solutions to the question of how to maintain a strong company culture in times of rapid growth.

This expert group meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at WeWork Potsdamer Platz. Presentations will be held in English. The earnings from this event (entry fee) will go to "Kontakt- und Beratungsstelle für Flüchtlinge und Migrant_innen e.V." which helps refugees continue their life and get the counseling and info they need in Berlin.
