HANDS-ON with RECIPE DEVELOPER ULRIKE SEEBER, founder of LAIOMA quick
and healthy three-course meal suitable for any time of the year and
that can easily be adapted for Christmas dinner.

Ulrike Seeber develops vibrant recipes using energising ingredients
that revitalize body and mind. In 2017, she apprenticed in the
kitchens of the renowned raw vegan restaurant Sayuri Healing Food and
the plant-based Farm to Table restaurant Moksa in Bali.
Ulrike is currently working on a book that will reveal her secrets to
making healthy yet indulgent sweets. It will feature her favourite
recipes influenced by French patisserie, Balinese exoticism and her
own East German origins.
For HANDS-ON, Ulrike has developed a plant-based menu that is free
from sugar, dairy, gluten and low in carbs. As we count down to
Christmas, her guilt-free menu will serve as the perfect antidote to
prepare the body for the indulgences of December.
We will welcome you with a healthy aperitif followed by a three-course
dinner that you will prepare with Ulrike using only the freshest and
highest-quality ingredients sourced regionally.
At the end of the workshop, you will receive a HANDS-ON brochure that
includes all the recipes.
