Course Schedule: Mondays ,Tuesdays ,Wednesdays

Timing: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

2. Post-graduate students of engineering background.

3. Engineers and industrial practitioners interested in applications

Week 1: Machine Learning

Week 2: Deep Learning & Computer Vision

Week 3: LLMs & Agents for Engineering Workflows

Week 4: Project Submission & Wrap-Up

1. Machine Learning

Apply supervised learning (regression, Random Forest, neural networks) to predict structural performance metrics.

Use unsupervised clustering to identify patterns in structural-health monitoring data.

1. Deep Learning & Computer Vision

Build and train convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for structural defect detection.

Implement transfer learning to classify cracks, corrosion, and surface anomalies from

images.

1. LLMs & Agents for Engineering Workflows

Interact programmatically with a Large Language Model to auto-generate technical

summaries from project logs.

Develop a simple retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) agent to answer user queries about structural data and maintenance reports.
