In 2016, statistics showed that 54.5 percent of the world's population
lived in cities and a further rise expected to occur and more
resources consumed over the years. With such a rapidly growing
importance of cities, innovative methods to solve daily problems are
constantly being developed in hopes of improving the standard of
living of cities' inhabitants.
