From the end of January until the end of February I will be back to Gran Canaria @Yoga Maspalomas to teach yoga and create a few MY (Matryoshka Yoga) Playshops .

- cultural background and the genesis of Henna
- Meaning of some symbols
- Application on paper
- individual advice and answers to questions from the participants
- Each participant creates a small individual henna tattoo
