Brama Stage Run

The Brama Stage Run wants to be a “little” Pyrenees Stage Run: fewer days (3 days from Friday to Sunday), different distances, but the same objective: to live an experience that goes beyond running in the mountains and that allows us to meet other people and spend unforgettable days with Ribes de Freser as the center of the adventure. BRAMA is thought as a complete experience. It’s not only to run the stage but also all those moments before and after, sharing moments with the rest of runners and staff, and enjoying the privileged environment that the Eastern Pyrenees offers. This allows to create a large family and live the race more intensely. One of these moments is the dinner along with the rest of runners and staff of the race, during which we do the briefing of the next stage, the podiums of the finished stage and the projection of the photos and the video summary of the day. Route The Brama offers 3 different distances to choose depending on your level of training and experience. All of the stages will finish in Ribes de Freser, where we will organize the dinner and briefing after the 1st and 2nd stage. The 1st stage will start in Ribes de Freser and will cover the Serra de Montgrony. The 2nd stage will start in the Vall de Núria (where we will go up the rack railway) and will go through the Vall de Núria and the Gorges del Freser (Capçaleres del Ter i del Freser Natural Park), and the last stage will start in Ribes de Freser and will go through the Serra Cavallera. Apart from a complete runner’s goodies bag, the marking of the route and the food stations; the registration also includes all the high-quality photos, recovery massage at the end of each stage, live GPS tracking, transport to the start of the 2nd stage at “Vall de Núria”, runner’s guide, GPS tracks of the route, medical service and accident insurance are some of the the many services offered by the BRAMA.
