Passionate about cycling on a professional level for most of his life,
Carlos has won a bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics and at the
2004 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. It has been the best
school for his current professional life since it is not possible to
be successful without talent, effort, capacity for suffering and
