YOGA:
The class is perfect to get your body moving, flowing and relaxing. An
easy flow that will target your balance, flexibility and coordination
MEDITATION:
Followed by a short meditation focused on inner strength and
self-awareness, releasing all the stress & unwinding.
After that, we will have an INSPIRATIONAL TALK by our life coach
Katie Chalcraft. She will give us interactive exercises such as:
• SELF-CARE RITUALS: sharing some self care rituals and the rituals
of some well-known people and then each individual will create their
own mini self-care rituals
We will have a delicious brunch to end up this morning really well.
BRUNCH WILL INCLUDE FRUITS, sweets, cereals, savory snacks and drinks.
Dietary restrictions are taken into consideration.

KATIE CHALCRAFT is a coach and a facilitator and she specialises in
supporting women to connect with what lights them up so that they can
create a life that they love wherever they are in the world. She has
facilitated workshops on self awareness, leadership and overcoming
global challenges over the past 15 years in 19 countries spanning 5
continents. She is a certified Master Trainer of The Passion Test and
works very closely with a transformational leader and New York Times
bestselling author Janet Bray Attwood.

LAURA PLASENCIA is the organizer of Jump Into Freedom

She fell in passion with yoga when she was living in Berlin and
quickly introduce yoga as a weekly practice.
