WOMAD Cáceres

  The medieval city of Caceres, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, hosts the WOMAD Music Festival every year. Nearly one hundred thousand spectators listen to bands of world music, in a sumptuous setting. During the next 3 days, all concerts are organized outside and are free. Headliners come to the main stage, located on the Playa Mayor, while the smallest scene which is set up in Plaza San Jorge welcomes young talents. The programming is eclectic and international.
