Making Every Contact Count (MECC) FREE training session

This training is an approach to healthcare that ensures you will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to 'Make Every Contact Count' when opportunities arise with patients.

You will be well equipped to have a brief conversations about their health and well being and on how they might make positive improvements. Combined with practical face to face skills training you will receive on this course you will be well equipped to engage patients in difficult conversation. This MECC session is an OPEN session so many different organisations will be coming together in the one session.
