I have just finishing my training at the centre for systemic constellations.

I am offering a monthly 2 hour constellation group for participants to work deeply on a personal or life issue. Following the constellations there will be a one hour break and then i will offer a 2 hour 5 rhythms dance called FEVA.

All participants will be invited and encouraged (free of charge) to come dance with all that has arisen in the constellations for them. Please be aware you will be dancing with people who won't have been at the constellation group.

There are 12 places available at each constellation group and we will only have time for 2 issue holders in each workshop. If this is something you would like, please be aware that not everyone can be chosen. However representing for other people can often offer you big insights for your own life.

Family constellations originates from Bert Hellinger and Zulu ritual ceremony.

Please make sure you have danced at least one drop-in class of 5 rhythms before attending this group.

ABOUT ME

I have recently qualified as a family constellator working with groups, with couples using family constellations and  1:1 in my therapy practice.

I have been working with clinets for over 20 years as a  transpersonal psychotherpist, traditional Chinese acupuncturist, a 5 rhythms movement meditation teacher and a spiritual healer. I have also worked in a long stay psychiatric hospital, run a successful buisness for over 15 years, written and published several books and am a mother of 2 teenage children.
