Happy Games

This Summer, Westfield London will launch Happy Games – a family event designed to boost your mood and happiness. The event will take place online and in centre at Westfield London from the 30th July – 8th August. The Happy Games is guaranteed to raise smiles for the whole family, with activities and experiences taking place across the centre all created to lift endorphins, promote positive wellbeing and instantly improve mood: 

IN CENTRE

• The Clubhouse – head to the Clubhouse to see who has the best throwing skills at a unique doughnut-tastic game and picture-perfect photo opportunity.

• Jump for Joy – get the endorphins going by jumping for joy on one of the trampolines, jump for long enough to release the volcano of bubbles and puffs of smoke!

• And more – there will be a variety of in-centre kids activities including kids yoga, dancing, stretching classes and more.  

ONLINE

• Happy Me Movie – families can make a ‘Happy Me’ mini movie with all of their happy things, answer the interactive quiz to make a personalised video to share with friends and family. 

• Relax – take a few minutes out from a busy day to relax, focus on the now and listen to a short guided meditation and top mindfulness tips. Suitable for all ages.

• Nourish – play a range of games designed to educate on mood boosting foods and ingredients.

• Happy Index – users are encouraged to take part in a global happy index, which asks them how they are feeling after each activity online.

• Cosmic Kids Playlist– enjoy MOVING the body with a yoga adventure all about Betsy the Banana. Then RELAX with a Peace Out guided meditation for kids. Get CREATIVE with a yoga game called Super Yoga Stretch Safari. Finally NOURISH the senses and mind with a mindfulness exercise called Taste Test! 

Happy Games is a free event to get the whole family feeling joyous this summer.

Walk-ins are also accepted for those that register using a QR code in centre. Those not able to join the fun in person can take part online with a range of Happy Games activities and games accessible from the Westfield website.
