On 5th September we be walking part of the North Downs Way and over Kent’s Top beauty Spot, ‘THE DEVILS KNEADING TROUGH’. The walk to this area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) will be around 8.5 miles and does include a lunch stop. This walk includes steep incline, however the views from the top are completely mind blowing and well worth the hike.
We will also pass the Wye Crown which was cut into the landscape to celebrate the coronation of King Edward VII in 1902.
The walk starts from Wye Station at 09:45 for a 10am start. The Walk is expected to take approximately 3.5/4 hours and includes a lunch break.
A station with links to London Victoria and Ramsgate.
