Head Chef Piotr Szpak will introduce you to his alternative luxury menu of inventive and playful, modern British cuisine with bold flavours. Modernist and traditional cooking techniques meet in a menu primarily built around seafood and coastal ingredients.
The menu will be paired with Champagne Lallier, world-class cuvée Champagne produced using “Haute Couture” vinification techniques.
