Burning The Clocks

  Burning the Clocks is a winter solstice festival that takes place each year in Brighton, UK.Led by local artists, people gather together to make paper and lanterns to carry through the city and burn on the beach as a token for the end of the year. The carnival-like procession makes its way through the city center to the seafront where the festivities reach their peak with bonfire and fireworks. The parade is also hosted by a number of local samba bands that liven up the atmosphere with music and dancing. This event gives visitors an experience that is unique and very much worth a visit.
