Baby clay imprint workshop BS3 (£20 for single/ £35 for double)

Join me (Jo) from Poppy Ceramics Mobile Studio for a group workshop to make a clay imprint of your baby's hand and/ or foot print. The ticket price includes an unframed square or circular plaque of your baby's hand or foot print (like the blue, grey and green handprints in the photo) decorated in colour of your choice with their name and age imprinted into the clay. With a maximum of 3 babies in the workshop you'll also get the chance to meet other parents/ carers with similiar aged children.

I book the higher area at the Milk Shed from 1pm- 3pm so you're welcome to stay on after/ come before your session. 

As I help create the imprints with each baby in turn they'll be a chance to meet others and I'll bring along card making supplies to keep you busy! After the workshop the imprints are taken away to be dried, fired, glazed and refired- they'll be ready to collect from the Milk Shed about three weeks after the workshop.

The Milk Shed cafe will be open throughout- if possible please avoid bringing buggies due to limited space.

If you'd like a double imprint (like the purple one in the picture) then you can just tell me on the day but if you'd like more than one imprint or the larger LOVE imprint please contact me beforehand so I know to bring along extra clay.

Prices are as follows:

Single hand or foot imprint: £20.00 (one included in ticket price) (optional framing £10)

Hand and foot print on same plaque/ two children’s hand or foot imprints: £35.00 (optional framing £12)

New LOVE imprint where the O is a hand and the V two feet: £50

I bring clay along to fit up to a one year old- I'm happy to do larger imprints but if your baby/ toddler is older than one please contact me once you've bought the ticket so I know to bring a larger sheet of clay along- thanks!
