Private Party at The Milk Shed

3 hours exclusive hire of The Milk Shed for private hire for birthday parties, christenings, baby showers and more.

Our recommended party times would be organised:

Morning party:Set up 9.30am-10am, Party 10am-12pm, Pack Down 12pm-12.30pm

Afternoon party: Set up 1pm-1.30pm, Party 1.30pm-3.30pm, Pack Down 3.30pm-4pm

We can accommodate for a maximum of 40 heads (including babies, children and adults) and we have buggy space for up to 10 buggies. If no buggies are coming – we can push the sofa backwards making the play area bigger (please let us know in advance if you would like us to do this).

We can organise as much or as little of the event as you need, or you are welcome to do it all yourself. Please email: hello@millkshedbristol.com at least 5 days before your party to confirm your food/drink/entertainment requirements (details below). Any extras listed below can be paid for with card or cash on the day of the party.

Self-catering: You are very welcome to self-cater your own party, we ask that you bring a table cloth, disposable plates and cutlery and take your rubbish & recycling home with you.

Catered: We love catering parties - we charge £6 per adult (help yourself buffet of toasted bagels with various fillings to suit meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans, potato salad, lentil salad, tomato salsa and lentil crisps, with a sparking apple juice drink) and £2.50 per child (cold buffet of; cheese cubes, raisins, sliced grapes, bread sticks, pitta, hummus and cucumber fingers or hot buffet of: cheese pinwheels, sausage rolls, mini pizza and potato face chips). We can also offer cream tea (scones, clotted cream, jam and a cup of tea) at £4 per adult. We provide all plates; cutlery, napkins and we wash up afterwards. 

Party Package: £15 and includes a ball pool, disco lights, bubble machine, party hats and standard round balloons (non helium).

Entertainment: we can provide 30 mins of musical fun with songs, parachutes, instruments, signs, pompoms and bubbles for £15. We can also offer sensory parties to a theme of your choice at £45 per hour or a messy play party at £45 for an hour with 2 trays of activities to suit your theme.

Cake: You are very welcome to bring your own cake. Or we can order you a 10 inch celebration cake with a personalised message for £40 (7-10 days’ notice required) - Chocolate & Orange (Vegan & Gluten Free), Lemon & Poppy Seed (Vegan & Gluten Free), Beetroot, orange & Ginger, Hummingbird pineapple, coconut & banana or Red Velvet. 

Corkage: you are welcome to bring some bubbly/beer to give away to guests. We charge £1.50 corkage per bottle of wine/bubble and £1 per bottle of beer. We can chill your drinks and serve them in plastic glasses to your guests. *please note that we do not sell alcohol. Please drink responsibly*

Throughout your party our staff will be on hand and can serve your guests delicious hot & cold drinks at a discounted rate of £1.50 per hot drink (normally £2.40-£3.50). Your guests can pay as they go or we can set up a tab for you to treat your guests.

Our event manager will contact you a week before your party to talk through any details and dietary requirements.
