POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
An Introduction to Meditation: A 5-week evening course with Andrew Henley, until 19th May.
Meditation is the ancient scientific process of internal exploration for achieving 'self-mastery'.
Apply this to your life in the modern world and start noticing the difference it makes! This practical six-week course provides the tools necessary to build your own meditation practice.
It makes meditation accessible and effective for everyone.
Andrew Henley Meditation & Spiritual Philosophy, based in Guildford and Godalming, enjoys a track record of proven success in helping students learn mastery of the ‘inner elements’ to increase control over mind and life. We are delighted that Andrew has agreed to run this course at the Hamblin Centre for the fourth time, by popular demand.

About Andrew Henley:
Andrew has been on the spiritual path for most of his adult life. In pursuit of spiritual knowledge, he has attended many retreats in the UK, America and India. In 2002, he received training in the foothills of the Himalayas.
He teaches meditation and spiritual philosophy to groups in the UK and internationally and trains meditation teachers. He is an independent teacher and although influenced by the teachings of the Himalayan Masters, he considers his work is that of a ‘Wisdom School’, seeking knowledge and understanding from many traditions and teachers.
He attended a 500-hour yoga teacher-training course, and is a Reiki Master.
As part of his service to the community, he teaches meditation at The Fountain Centre at Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Trust and at Mila Yoga Centre in Godalming.
Important information: Deep meditation can have many beneficial effects, but please be aware that it may unlock unconscious or repressed issues and may therefore not be suitable for everyone. If you have existing emotional or psychological issues, or a diagnosed mental health problem, please confirm with your doctor or suitably qualified therapist that it is safe for you to participate in deep meditation before deciding to take part.
Friendly disclaimer: The Hamblin Trust is unable to endorse any particular teacher, practitioner, therapist or speaker who practises, advertises or runs an event here. This is a matter for each individual to assess and take further if they wish.
