Christmas Dinner at 64 Restaurant, Chichester College

I have managed to secure a booking for 24 people, so we can enjoy a Christmas meal together at 64 Restaurant . This years Christmas event at the college is almost completely sold out already. Those of you who have dined at 64 Restaurant before, will appreciate what amazing value the meal is for just £18 (this includes coffee and mince pies!). Our booking is for the last night the Christmas menu is available in 2018.

I am sure this event will be popular so sign up quickly to avoid disappointment. There is no possibility of me increasing numbers.

It is very likely that I will ask you to pre order and pay nearer the time. I will let you know when payment and menu choices are required later in September.

Christmas Menu

STARTERS
Purée of leek & potato soup with finely chopped chives & créme fraiche.
Goats cheese cheesecake, walnut dressed rocket salad & tangerine compote.
Salmon & smoked salmon rillette, served with watercress sauce & melba toast.
MAINS
Traditional roast turkey served with traditional bacon & chipolata chestnut & sausage stuffing, bread sauce, cranberry sauce & roast gravy.
Baked fillet of cod, topped with a smoked cheese & herb crust, set on a bedof braised savoy cabbage & a sweet mustard butter sauce.
Roasted butternut squash, spiced black lentil & mushroom strudel
served with a mild curry cream sauce.
All served with Roast Potatoes, Honey Roast Parsnips & Vegetables
DESSERTS
Chichester College traditional Christmas pudding
served with rum sauce and brandy butter.
Poached pear, vanilla bavarios, accompanied with a spiced syrup.
Chocolate tart, accompanied with a raspberry sorbet.
Mince pies and coffee.
