Join us for monthly sessions exploring your inner world through the powerful combination of Yoga Nidra, gongs, and singing bowls.Each evening begins with gentle yoga to relax the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation with live sound. Expect a rich, immersive experience that supports deep relaxation and connection.
About the hosts:
Ferg
A lifelong percussionist who discovered the profound effects of sound baths in recent years, Ferg has trained with shamans in London and Wales. He brings a meditative, immersive energy to his gong practice and believes in the gong’s power to guide you into liminal states.
Jules
A yoga teacher with over a decade of experience and a background in Fine Art, Jules is trained in iRest Yoga Nidra and trauma-informed approaches. She offers creative, restful spaces for inner exploration and reconnection, and is also a meditation instructor in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition.
No prior experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothing and something warm to wear – and an openness to unwind.
