The Fleet and Yateley Health Visiting Team will be offering 15 minute bookable appointments for health advice and breastfeeding support and 10 minute appointment slots for self weigh. From November 2019 Yateley Medical Centre Clinic will be bookable appointment only. These appointment are open to all parents and carers of babies registered with a Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting Team.
