Northampton Saints/Loughborough Lightning Women's Only Touch Rugby at Northampton Saints High Performance Centre
We have launched a new Women's Programme for 2024/25 to engage new and exisiting women into the sport during the lead up to hosting the Rugby World Cup 2025 at cinch Stadium @ Franklin's Gardens.
Northampton Saints/Loughborough Lightning's women's only touch rugby sessions are designed to engage all women aged 18+ in fun touch rugby sessions, regardless of previous rugby experience. Players will develop core rugby skills and participate in a variety of different touch games. These sessions are non contact, inclusive and welcoming of all women at any age and abilitiy.

Please park in Car Park A, enter via Abbey Street, NN5 5LN
Arrival at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens: 18:50
Training session in High Performance Centre (clean rugby boots required): 19:00 - 20:30
The Women's Touch Rugby Series will run every Tuesday from 22nd April over 4 sessions. Please see dates below:

There will be no session on Tuesday 13th May due to 24/25 Season Awards Dinner
