Level: Regular (Experienced).
Our Regulars are usually 15-16km in length and take around 2.5hrs. The routes are varied, often hilly and somewhat challenging, but they're always rewarding with tons of fantastic scenery. Feedback tells us they're great for the mind, body and soul!
Fitness Requirement: It's important you are an experienced & confident trail runner, comfortable running within a group and at a pace set by the lead guide. Other than when we stop for refreshments, you can expect to be running throughout. If you'd like more info on our Regular fitness requirement, please give us a quick call - we're happy to chat.
Route: You can expect anything from; fields and farm tracks, cobbles, towpaths, ginnels, woodland, moorland, bridle paths and drovers’ roads, green lanes and stepping stones, fords, bridges and stiles. Be prepared for boggy bits and some significantly undulating hills.

Cafe: Though we can't guarantee availability, for those who enjoy this part of the morning, this weeks location has a delightful cafe to look forward to.
Waiting list: You can join the 'waiting list' once all the tickets have been sold. More often than not 1 or 2 places do become available.
