I work intuitively with my clients and tailor the treatment to meet their needs. Please choose from one of the following treatments on the day: - Swedish MASSAGE (including deep tissue work) - A deep relaxing MASSAGE WHICH IS EXCELLENT FOR EASING ACHING MUSCLES; improving circulation; lymphatic drainage; increasing the body’s metabolic rate and generally giving a sense of deep relaxation and well -being. Deep tissue work can also be carried out if required. This is more focused on problem areas where I can work deeper into the muscle to break down knots and nodules and ease inflammation.  - Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot MASSAGE WITH MARMA THERAPY (Indian acupressure) is an ancient Ayurvedic health-care modality, which balances the body, mind and spirit.
