After the magic of Soul Town Festival 2023, we have been pulling out
all the stops to make sure Soul Town Festival 2025 is a weekend to
remember. We will be bringing together the biggest Soul, Motown,
Disco, Funk & House acts from across the globe with over 65 artists
performing smash hits on Sunday 7th September 2025. It’s all going
to be going down on a sun-kissed and much improved site to bring that
summer soul to the South East. Soul Town Festival plays out on a
beautiful site in Beckenham, Kent which is having a whole host of
upgrades to really bring the experience to life with more themed
spaces, more bars, more staff, more toilets and improved disabled
access and viewing points. LINE UP TO BE ANNOUNCED ...! 2025 will see
the launch of the Stage 2 VIP experience. Plus our newly improved food
village will be boasting over 40 street food stalls serving a whole
host of tasty treats, cultured food and providing drinks from entry
level to premium gins. There will be music across two spectacular main
stages with immersive light, sound and visual shows, as well as
special VIP areas. VIP Tickets - Include separate queuing for fast
track entry, 1 x drink and food voucher (choice of either a beer,
wine, spirit and mixer), Soul Town lanyard, private bar, luxury
toilets, makeup bar, prime stage viewing area and more. Sunday - ALL
AGES WELCOME • But anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by
some over 21. • Anyone over 21 can only accompany a max of 2
persons under 21. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are issued as eTickets. You
will receive a confirmaiton email from Universe with the eTickets
available to download & print, or to show on a smartphone device to be
scanned on entry. ACCESSIBILITY: We have wheelchair access viewing
platforms and facilities available at Soul Town Festival and viewing
platform spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis on
purchasing wheelchair access tickets. We do also allow for P/As to
accompany wheelchair ticket holders and Soul Town Festival is fully
committed to making our event accessible to all as far as we possibly
can. In order to recieve a P/As ticket you will have to complete a
P/A form which will be sent out to the disability ticket holder 8
weeks before the event. (Additional Fee will need to be paid with VIP
Tickets) WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? The gates will open at 12pm. The
artists are not to be missed, please arrive promptly so not to miss
out! There will be security and a search policy will be operated on
entry to the festival arena so please allow plenty of time. No
Re-entry & Security: Our policy states that there will be no re-entry
to the festival unless there is an emergency or special circumstances.
We are advising our guests to bring everything into the festival that
they need for the day including any required clothing. CHAIRS &
BLANKETS No chairs or blankets will be allowed to be brought on site
and any found on entry will have to be left at the gates. FOOD & DRINK
Food and beverages will be available to purchase from approved vendors
on the Festival site only. There will be a variety of food vendors
serving a range of quality food including GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN and
VEGETARIAN options. There will be drinking water available on site
free of charge. No food and drink will be allowed upon entry into the
festival site due to stipulation in our licence. A search policy
operates at the Festival and any food and drinks including alcohol
will be confiscated. TAXIS We also recommend that you book taxis in
advance. Drop off and pick up is outside the site - please advise the
driver NOT to park and wait on the local roads. The area is also well
served by Uber.
