throughout the UK.Designed specifically for teaching staff aged 50-64,
these seminars will provide a valuable opportunity for you to find

Each seminar is led by a Wesleyan Financial Services Consultant from
your local area. You’ll be given plenty of opportunity to ask
questions and discuss your own goals, aspirations and circumstances in
person. You’ll also be able to book a no-obligation, one-to-one
meeting with a Financial Consultant local to you.

1.The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who
make and attend an appointment with their Wesleyan Financial Services
Consultant after attending a Wesleyan pre-RETIREMENT PLANNING SEMINAR
BETWEEN 01 JANUARY 2019 UP TO AND INCLUDING 31 MAY 2020, except
employees of Wesleyan, their families, agents or any third party
directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 2. Upon
your successful attendance at an appointment with your Wesleyan
Financial Services Consultant (in accordance with condition 1) you
will be automatically entered into the prize draw. For the avoidance
of doubt, if you cancel the appointment, you will not be eligible for
the prize draw. 3. No purchase is necessary. 4. Only one entry per
person is permitted. 5. The closing date of the prize draw is 17:00 on
31 July 2020. Entries received after this time will not be counted. 6.
Wesleyan accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully
completed due to a technical fault of any kind. 7. One winner will be
chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 28 July 2020.
8. The winner will be notified by telephone (using details provided at
entry) before 04 August 2020 and must provide a postal address to
claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Wesleyan within 10
working days, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and
Wesleyan will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with
the process described above. 9. The winner will receive £1,000.00
worth of TUI vouchers. 10. The prize will be sent to the winner by
post within 10 working days of being notified of their win. 11. The
prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash
alternative is offered. 12. The decision of Wesleyan regarding any
aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence
will be entered about it. 13. Wesleyan must either publish or make
available information that indicates a valid award took place. To
comply with this obligation, Wesleyan will send the surname and
country of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their
winning entries to anyone who writes to Colmore Circus, Birmingham, B4
6AR (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 month after the
winner has been chosen (in accordance with condition 6 above). 14.
Insofar as permitted by law, Wesleyan, its agents or distributors will
not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the
winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury
or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it
is caused by the negligence of Wesleyan, its agents or distributors or
that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 15.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by
these terms and conditions upon entry. Wesleyan reserves the right to
refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these
terms and conditions. 16. Wesleyan reserves the right to hold void,
cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to
do so. 17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion
will only be processed in accordance with Wesleyan’s privacy policy,
