SOUTHWOOD CHILD HEALTH CLINIC RUN BY THE FARNBOROUGH HEALTH VISITING TEAM IS AN APPOINTMENT ONLY CLINIC. We are located next to Morrisons supermarket and within the same building as Soutwood Dental Care. PLEASE CONTACT THE TEAM ON 01252 533040 PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE BUGGIES INTO THE CLINIC UNLESS FOR MULTIPLE BIRTH PURPOSES. FROM JUNE 2019 WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWING ANY BUGGIES INTO THE CLINIC. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SUPPORT WITH THIS MATTER. FOR WEIGHING CHILDREN please select the 'SELF WEIGH' ticket. Please note that this will require you to weigh your own child, however support will be available if needed. FOR ADVICE from a member of the HEALTH VISITING TEAM PLEASE SELECT THE 'ADVICE' ticket. Please note that you will have an opportunity to weigh your child during your alloted time however this will be stricty limited to 15 minutes. Upon arrival please use the buzzer to notify us and someone will then admit you to the building for your appointment. Unfortunately we will not be able to admit any latecomers due to capacity within the building, in this instance we will request that you book another appointment for an alternative day.
