On some days, Soul Mama is open as a restaurant serving delicious mix of African, Caribbean and South American cuisine. Soul Mama was listed in the 'Top restaurants to look forward to in 2024 list' by the Evening Standard. 

Executive Chef Aleandro Brown at Soul Mama brings a wealth of experience and a fresh, creative vision to the kitchen. Born in St. Ann's Bay, Jamaica, he learned the art of cooking from his grandmother. She instilled in him a deep appreciation for Caribbean flavours and traditions. His passion for cooking and his innovative approach have led him on an impressive career path, marked by a series of prestigious culinary appointments working with the likes of the Savoy, Maze, Royal Hospital Road, and London House restaurants. He became a key member of the team at The Ritz London, contributing to the restaurant's achievement of its first Michelin Star. He was with Helen Darroze at The Connaught, Sketch London and Soho Farmhouse.
