FUTURE, THEN TREATING YOURSELF TO A COUPLE OF HOURS IN ‘THE NOW’
COULD BE JUST WHAT YOU NEED.
MindFood are offering FREE weekly two-hour 'Plot to Plate'
sessions for anybody interested in getting outdoors, gardening and
wellbeing- _I__DEAL IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO TACKLE STRESS, DEPRESSION
OR ANXIETY THE NATURAL WAY - OR SIMPLY WANT TO TRY A NEW APPROACH TO
NURTURING YOUR WELLBEING._
With us you’ll learn to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables,
and pick up tips and techniques to improve your wellbeing at the same
time. At Horsenden Farm you’ll find a welcoming green space where
you can come to enjoy nature with other like-minded people, at your
own pace.
You're welcome to stick around for a cuppa, and you’ll get to take
home the pesticide-free veg you’ve helped nurture.
Our site has a mixture of outdoor and indoor growing space in
polytunnels, and greenhouses where you will be sheltered, whatever
the weather.
- You are welcome to join these sessions regularly, or as
and when you need a mindfulness boost.
- Saturday sessions will run from 10-12 at Horsenden
Farm, Ealing (UB6 7PB, nearest underground Perivale).
