Human Factors Workshop - Tuesday 13th March 2018

The Human Factors Workshops at BSUH NHS Trust provide an introduction to human factors in healthcare. These 1 day workshops are free for healthcare staff in Kent, Surrey and Sussex thanks to funding provided by Health Education England, Kent Surrey and Sussex.

Dr Rob Galloway (Emergency Medicine Consultant) delivers an invigorating and challenging programme with great interaction for the audience. Join us to hear personal examples of how his knowledge and experience of human factors has made a difference in clinical processes, team working and communication. By the end of the day you will have a greater understanding and appreciation of how human factors training can create a safer place for patients and a more productive environment for health care workers.
