Our first event is confirmed.We are really excited
It will be an opportunity to move-breathe- connect to your body and
restore and regulate the nervous system.
I don’t know about you but I need this more now than ever.
The event will be held in the beautiful Westbury Wildlife Park in the
wellness space and then moving over to Fire & Ice Wellness Spa Group
GmbH.
It will be held on the 12th of July from 5.45 -8pm
There are limited of 8 spaces (4 have booked already)
I will operate a waiting list.
The cost is £40pp
This includes a yoga-somatic-breath session.
Access to wood fired sauna and natural plunge pool and herbal teas and
vegan cakes.
