Check us out: BEGINNERS TRACK 7.30pm - 8.25pm - Warm up, basic fundamentals and technique for all 8.25 - 8.30pm - Freestyle 8.30 - 8.55pm - Technique class (3rd week of the month) or Beginners Review class 8.55 - 9.00pm - Freestyle 9.00pm - 9.30pm - New movement Class INTERMEDIATE TRACK 7.30pm - 8.25pm - Warm up, basic fundamentals and technique for all 8.25 - 8.30pm - Freestyle 8.30 - 8.55pm - Technique class (3rd week of the month) or Progressive movement class 8.55 - 9.00pm - Freestyle 9.00pm - 9.30pm - Movement development Class 9.30 - 10.30pm- Social Dancing for all Please consult Coleen Man (or whoever is teaching that night) for guidance as to which class to attend.
