2 Day Paediatric First Aid Course (Hucknall Saturday 6th & 13th Jun 9am to 4pm)

Triangular Training Ltd [http://triangulartraining.com/first-aid-training-courses/paediatric-first-aid-course-12-hours/] is a well established training centre delivering Ofqual accredited courses around the County.  Ideal for all parents, a requirement for all child minders, staff that work in day nurseries and other out of school settings and meets the requirements of the EYFS Statutory Framework. It will equip learners with the basic knowledge to care for babies and children in an emergency situation or when they become ill. The required EYFS syllabus includes:  * First Aid Priorities * Managing Incidents * Basic Life Support-Adult, Child & Baby * Choking * Casualty Examination * Unconsciousness * Anaphylaxis * Fractures * Control of Bleeding & Shock * Asthma * Eye & Ear Injuries * Burns and Scalds * First Aid Kits * Childhood Illnesses including Meningitis & Febrile Convulsions * Regulations * Recording and Reporting Delegates who complete the practical and theoretical assessment will be awarded a certificate which meets the needs of Osted and is valid for three years.  Learners can upgrade to the L3 RQF accredited award for an additional fee.
