_THE VENUE:_
_REUTHE'S THE LOST GARDENS OF SEVENOAKS_
The intense spirituality is felt from the moment you turn in the gates
and drive up the cool shaded driveway. The short drive to the carpark
carries promise of peace and mystery. Steeped in ancient history and
some of the most diverse plants and and trees in the UK there is a
magical and spiritual aura permeating the 11 acres of woodlands.
Claire, the owner, is passionate about her beautiful woodlands and
makes you feel welcome from the first moment you meet her.
_PRACTICAL QUESTIONS:_
Children under 16 come free with an adult and need to be supervised at
all times - there is 11 acres of woodlands and we wouldn't want to
lose a child.
There is ample parking space and toilet facilities.
We have disabled toilets, level access into Basecamp Café and a ramp
to the terrace area.
We will send detailed instructions about what to expect during the
evening with ticket purchase.
_THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RITUAL_
According to Ancient Yogic Wisdom the souls of Three preceding
generations of ones ancestors reside in the Pitru-loka realm between
heaven and earth. It is said that when we honour and remember our
Ancestors during this time, they bestow health, love, wealth,
knowledge and longevity; and ultimate heaven and salvation (moksha).
This is the time to repay our debts to our ancestors and it is one of
the most important debts we must repay in this lifetime. It is
believed that during this period our Ancestors come down to earth to
bless us and clear our paths.
Who would benefit from the fire ritual? This is important for people
facing challenges in their lives difficulty in their relationships,
family issues, finding it difficult to meet the right person or a
history of failed relationships. Are you trying to find the right
career; at a crossroads in your professional life or at a loss as to
what would suit your talents or skills. Financial issues: those who
are struggling to meet monthly expenses or pay off debts or money
management or money issues. Mental health issues: finding a balance in
life and creating harmony in life. Dealing with specific issues of
trauma; anxiety, grief, shame, anger, depression and conflict. Health
and Wellness issues: gut issues, overeating; poor nutrition;
compulsive dieting; arthritis; inflammatory diseases; ADHD and
learning disorders. Spiritual issues: finding the deeper meaning of
life; intuition; concentration and meditation meeting and awakening
spirit guides. Accessing divine messages.
Why the 17th? As this is the last day, called Mahalaya Amavasya, which
is the grande finale and the most significant day to offer prayers to
the ancestors gone on before and seek their blessings.
