WHAT IS OM CHANTING? OM Chanting is a free group practice that uses
the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing
potential of participants. The practice transforms negativity into
positive energy, helps purify the local environment, and supports the
physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants. This
practice is one of the many exercises of Atma Kriya Yoga and is
perfect for all Yoga enthusiasts. Love is meant to be shared. OM
Chanting brings people together to share the positive vibrations of OM
and their love for Mother Earth in local communities and nations
around the world. BENEFITS: Purifies and transforms negative energy
into positive energy Calms down the restless mind and emotions,
bringing about a state of peace and balance Creates a powerful
balancing and healing vibration, which can support healing processes
in the physical body Develops love and devotion Helps with insomnia
Helps to ground oneself WHY IS OM CHANTING POWERFUL? OM is the
primordial and highest sound or vibration, the source of all other
sounds. Illness is an imbalance in the body’s vibration. By using OM
as the highest vibration, one can heal the body. Many people have
powerful experiences during OM Chanting. HOW OM CHANTING WORKS? This
practice is open to all ages. OM Chanting circles typically last one
hour. They are done using a unique combination of seating in
concentric circles, continuous chanting of OM and the presence of an
OM Chanting Organiser. Bottles of water brought into the circle are
transformed with the same energy and can be taken away as healing
water. IS OM CHANTING RIGHT FOR ME? No previous experience is
required for this Yoga London event. OM Chanting is not a faith-based
practice, but all faiths are welcomed, as well as those who have
no interest in spirituality. Children may sit on a parent’s lap, as
long as they do not disturb others. This practice is not recommended
for those with a history of serious mental illness or anyone under the
influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. DONATIONS Whilst OM
Chanting is a free event, donations are most welcome and appreciated.
All proceeds are used to further this practice in areas within and
outside of London. "The moment when people start to chant OM together,
their own vibration is transformed into OM. Whoever is inside the
circle is showered with this energy and that's what changes the
vibration of the body." ~ Paramahamsa Vishwananda DETAILS Arrive by:
