The “Arts” empirically defines forms of human learning and creativity.

The ethos of this event is that the arts should involve everybody everywhere without exception.

Creativity can be a source of empowerment, inspiration, innovation, relaxation and rehabilitation.

The process of interaction with this creativity can touch our deepest emotions.

Enrichment is achieved through knowledge, skills and experience both in the roles as active performers and as an audience.

The arts define us as humankind so as to enact our humanity through them.
