What is the Lewes Bonfire Night?Held annually on November 5th, the
Lewes Bonfire Night is an annual celebration that takes place in the
town of Lewes, Sussex, UK. This legendary celebration is the largest
bonfire night festivity in the UK and it commemorates and honors the
memory of the 17 Protestant martyrs from the town who were burned
during the Marian Persecutions. Hundreds of spectators line the
