In this WORKSHOP, you will learn about vegetarian whole food diet principals for longterm health. You will also learn BATCH COOKING SKILLS WITH A SMALL GROUP, enjoy LUNCH TOGETHER, with enough to take home.  Menu:Roasted squash with rosemary and sweet potatoes with harissa and lime. Kale, broccoli and tomato mini frittatas Garlic portobello mushrooms Herby quinoa and chickpea salad Red cabbage, beetroot, and carrot slaw Tahini dressing What's included: Training, LUNCH, and takeaway pack Non-alcoholic refreshments  All equipment and ingredients are provided Recipes and NUTRITION TIPS TO TAKE HOME We will prepare the menu, then sit around the table, in my family home to enjoy it together.
