Visitors who do not have a ticket for the music event will be politely asked to vacate the main lawn area by 12pm. We anticipate the night to finish no later than 10pm on Saturday 18 July. TICKETS Tickets booked online via Eventbrite can be printed at home or presented on an electronic device for scanning at the event. All members of the party should arrive together with one copy of the print at home ticket. Mobile signal is not guaranteed so tickets shown on a mobile device should be saved as a PDF or screenshot prior to arrival. Customers arriving without a valid copy of their ticket will be refused entry. Where tickets have been bought at a discounted membership rate the appropriate membership pass must be presented at the car park and on entry to the main lawn with the ticket or entry will be refused. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Refunds and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Normanby Hall Country Park. Only tickets purchased from Eventbrite are valid for admission. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Keep your tickets safe. We reserve the right to not replace or accept any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forgotten, damaged, forged, or any ticket which is unreadable or incomplete. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events. Normanby Hall Country Park reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme as necessary. Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, on a admittance ratio of two adults to four under 16’s.   ATTENDANCE Parking is included in the ticket price. Wristbands will be issued on entry to the event. All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband which must be worn during the event. For security reasons, bags will be checked by security guards as a condition of entry. To speed up this process, please only bring with you what you need. No food or drink including alcoholic drinks are allowed to be brought into the park at this event. Only alcohol purchased on site may be consumed within the main arena. Anyone behaving inappropriately through excessive alcohol consumption will be asked to leave. No barbecues or cooking stoves will be allowed into the event. No pets are allowed into the park at this event except assistance dogs. Gazebo-style tents, awnings or canopies or any item which could obscure other visitors’ views are not permitted. Normanby Hall Country Park has a zero tolerance policy to drugs, anyone found in possession will be asked to leave the event immediately, have their wristband removed and may be reported to the police. Please refrain from smoking in the main arena. Visitors are required to move away from the crowd to smoke in the designated smoking area out of respect for other audience members. Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. Normanby Hall Country Park reserves the right to refuse/withdraw admission at the event. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The first aid and lost children point will be located at the Normanby Hall Trailer near to the bag check area. There will be a designated area with good visibility for wheelchair users. Loud music can damage hearing. The event may contain sound level/effects which may cause injury to your hearing and may contain strobe lighting. Normanby Hall Country Park accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue. Visitors are advised not to leave valuables in their car. Please consider nearby residents and leave the park quietly.
