Spend a day learning the ancient and therapeutic art of BREAD MAKING.
You will learn to make four very different BREADS COVERING YEASTED,
quick and slow rise doughs. Using a range of methods, you will
discover the different stages of BREAD MAKING, learning about
flavours, textures and how it varies in different cultures around the
world.Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested Recipes: Soda Bread, Spicy
Griddled Flatbread, Walnut Bread, Black Olive Focaccia, White Dinner
Rolls
To ensure quality learning, we keep all our classes to a maximum of 10
participants. The course includes practical tuition from our trusted
GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons
and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.
All food produced during the course is yours to take home.
