Full Moon Goddess Circle: Sensual Movement & Sacred Power

What does sacred sensuality look like to you? Are you tuned into your wild feminine heart? 

This month's circle is about harnessing your sacred power by freeing your body in sensual movement. Unapologetically free as you were meant to be. We'll explore how our thoughts shape our joy and ecstasy. We'll look at how our emotions, thoughts and words translate our feminine power into sacred sexuality and creativity. You'll learn to tap into this primal power by using breathing techniques, sensual movement, EFT and meditation.

This circle is for you if:

- you struggle to articulate how you feel whether it's in relationships, at work or even internally just to yourself;

- you're feeling stuck in your body and feel like you need to shake free;

- you feel disconnected from your body and feel stuck in your analytical, critical and logical mind;

- making noise during sex makes you cringe or you stay silent when you would rather just scream;

- you're afraid to cry near others and shut your body off from feeling ashamed, weak or plain silly;

- you're feeling disconnected from your creativity and the joy in your life.

We'll use the gifts of our words and movement to access and deepen our mind-body connection and look at how our bodies shape our minds and vice versa. Come and free your mind, body, and spirit with song, chant and deep belly breaths. Come, Sister, place that which you wish to leave behind on the altar and transmute it into the abundance of your choosing. Come with an open heart and a curiosity to explore what sensual movement looks and feels like for you. This is a non-judgemental sacred space so we welcome you exactly as you are.

Place bring something to write with and if you would like to something that represents your sacred power for the altar. It can be a word, a crystal, a piece of jewellery, anything that speaks to you. There will be light refreshments available.
