Albatross & Arnold's second Taste of Thursday- Paired with AA Welsh Restaurant of the Year 2018- The Machine House
The team at Albatross & Arnold in Spinningfields have teamed up with Wrexham based, and Michelin Recommended, The Machine House Restaurant to present an evening to delight foodies everywhere!
Albatross & Arnold has announced its second tasting event with the multi award winning, Michelin recommended restaurant The Machine House
Following the success of the first event with Tappers Gin, Albatross & Arnold has teamed up with Kevin Lynn from The Machine House for a night of spectacular food and wine.
The event, which will take place on the 4th October promises to be a night of indulgence, celebrating in the finest, freshest produce of The British Isles. Dishes include both Chefs’ signature dishes; Jon’s Cauliflower (as seen on Masterchef: The Professionals) and Kevin’s renowned Welsh Lamb.
Head Chef Jonathan Green says: “I’m really excited to be working with Kevin and The Machine House team. It is always an honour to work with a chef who I hold so much respect for and as Kevin and I share the same ethos, about using the best of local ingredients to elevate traditional British cuisine, this night is definitely one I have been looking forward to.”
The Machine House has just been announced as ‘Restaurant of the Year’ (Wales) by the AA Awards. The restaurant has been described by inspectors as: “Modern British cooking which is bang up to date, they dial the flavours up to 11 in lively, sharply executed dishes.”
