RAMSES THE GREAT, ruled Egypt for nearly 67 years and remains
history’s most iconic PHARAOH. Known for his extensive
monument-building, military strategy and diplomacy, and a vast dynasty
of more than 100 children, he also negotiated the world’s first
recorded peace treaty after the Battle of Kadesh. So powerful was his
reign, that the nine PHARAOHS WHO FOLLOWED HIM ALL ADOPTED THE NAME OF
RAMSES TO EMULATE HIS STRENGTH AND VISION. This EXHIBITION INVITES YOU
TO WITNESS THE RISE OF A RULER WHO SOUGHT NOT ONLY TO COMMAND AN

take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The entire EXHIBITION IS
INDOORS; however you may have to wait outside for a short time prior
to entering the EXHIBITION. How long does the experience last? About
60 minutes. Will food and beverage be available on site for
purchase? Yes — there is a cafe within the venue after the
EXHIBITION. Is there parking available? Yes — there is public
parking available within the Battersea Power Station estate a short
walk away from the venue; however, there is no dedicated parking for
the EXHIBITION. Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes — there
is a retail store within the EXHIBITION SPACE WHERE ITEMS CAN BE
PURCHASED. Do I need to print my ticket? No — your ticket and QR
code are stored in your Universe account and sent in your purchase
confirmation email. I can’t find my ticket. What should I do? You
can view your ticket in the My Tickets section of your Universe
account. If you don’t have an account, go to www.universe.com and
log in with the same account you used to make the purchase. If you

change the date of my ticket? Subject to availability, changes of
date/time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time. You can
do this in your Universe account What is your refund policy? Tickets
are generally non-refundable. However, under special circumstances you

request. Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes —
tickets can be transferred for free via your Universe account. Do I
need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please plan to
arrive allowing time for travel, parking, and entry. It’s
recommended to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time so
ticket scanning can begin promptly. Tickets bought on-site are subject
to availability, so online booking is strongly encouraged. Will
there be strobe lights? Yes — during the presentation in the theatre
room. Can I take photos or record the experience? Yes — photography
and filming are permitted during the experience. Flash photography is

There’s no cloakroom, Any bags larger than A4 will not be permitted
inside the venue. Are there any restrictions on what I can take in to
the exhibition? Eternal food and drink (excluding bottled water),
alcohol, recreational drugs, any item(s) that could be considered a
weapon (e.g. sharps), any item(s) that could be considered a fire
hazard (e.g. lithium batteries), any item(s) that could be considered
a protest material (e.g. marker pens, aerosols, flyers, stickers) and
pets (unless it’s a service animal). Is there an age requirement?
The exhibition is recommended for ages 5+. Pushchairs can be held but
are not allowed inside the galleries. Will there be an audio guide?
Yes — audio guides are available for purchase as an add-on; check
